Walking beam furnace technology process description
The part before entering the furnace roller→weighing→length measurement_
→position of feeding roller→open the feeding door→hydraulic steel pusher
→billet width measurement→position the billet on the walking beam
→mechanical equipment of the reheating furnace(including hydraulic system),
according to the technology design movement, the billet will be heated in the
furnace according to the heating process requirement→billet positioning by laser detection point
→signal of steel need→the discharge door rises→to get the steel→billet positioning on the discharge roller
→close the furnace door→descaling rolling.
