Circular furnace process description
(1) Charge
Steel billets are conveyed from feed roller to the predetermined position of charger →start the charger→ putdown arm of charger(ready to grab billet)→grip feed→ uplift the arm→ machine hand bogie move forward→ put down arm(ready to discharge)→grip release→ put up arm→ machine hand bogie move back
(2) Furnace hearth rotate
Steel billets are rotated together with hearth with a different rotation angle of hearth every time. After several times, billets move from charge door to discharge door, preheated and heated when rotating with hearth. When Circular furnace normally produces, every rotation angle of hearth corresponds to a heated billet reaching discharge door, at same time a spare seat is ready for charge.
(3) discharge
When there is a billet waiting for discharge →open the discharger door→ uplift by discharger arm→ machine hand bogie move forward→ put down arm(ready to grab billet)→grip feed→ put up the arm→ machine hand bogie move back→ put down arm(ready to discharge)→ put billet to punch roller.
Normally producing, the process above is orderly coordinately and automatically controlled by PLC which is also of semi-automation and manual function.
