Suspended solution annealing furnace process description
Steel strip enters into furnace door through tension device in front of furnace, and inlet is provided with disk roll changer. Strip under tension crosses every annealing section through disk roll changer.
The whole furnace is equipped with 7 annealing section of which 6 is annealing controlling section and 1 is section of waste heat recovery. Every annealing controlling section is provided with burners heat supply on the furnace wall, and furnace chamber produce high temperature to make strip annealed. Also flue gas crosses every annealing section and is exhausted from smoke vent in the strip inlet.
We need to do some work to keep surrounding temperature between roller and annealing inlet, in order to decrease the reduction of tapped strip temperature.
